If you are looking to buy your own property in Spain, we can offer you a service you will not find anywhere else!  Besides running our guest house, Escuela La Crujia, we help house hunters to find the right place, we take them through the buying process and help them after they have bought, with building and renovation projects and property maintenance.

We have built up an unbeatable network of trustworthy contacts, from agents and solicitors, through to architects and builders, which we use to help our customers make it through the whole process painlessly.

We act as your representatives locally, even if you are at a distance.
Our services:
  • House hunting to your own requirements and budget in unspoilt areas of Andalusia
  • Introducing you to the most appropriate solicitor for your case and taking care of the buying process right up to the day of purchase
  • Advice on all aspects of buying in Spain
  • Introducing you to builders, furniture suppliers, etc.
  • For these services, we charge 1% of the purchase value, BUT ONLY IF YOU BUY THROUGH US!

 

  • Renovation of an old property for you: from gaining the renovation licence and obtaining building quotes through to taking photos weekly and emailing them to you, and keeping a spreadsheet of costs and payments
  • Keeping a control of new build projects from beginning to end (as per above)
  • For these services, we normally charge 2% of the total renovation or build costs.

 

  • Property maintenance: looking after your house in your absence, including the pool and garden
  • Regular cleaning and laundry when your property is rented
  • For these services, we charge an hourly rate, and the rate and number of visits/hours is agreed in advance
